Far East Equipment was established by John A. Limtiaco and James S. Moir Jr. in 2005 in Guam. Far East Equipment is owned 50% by Pacific Unlimited, Inc., a family owned holding company, owned and operated by the Limtiaco family and 50% owned by Mid-Pacific Guam, Inc., a subsidiary company of Mid-Pacific Industries, Inc., which is owned and operated by James S. Moir Jr. out of Woodland, California.

Far East Equipment is the local distributor for John Deere agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, Generac Generators, Auto Car Trucks, Vermeer Equipment, Kalmar/Ottawa Truck, Hiab Cranes, Moffet Forklifts, Kalmar Forklift, Raymond Electric forklift and Landoll trailers. Far East is also the general sales Agent for Toyota Forklifts.
