SANTE NATURAL FLAVOR ENHANCERS – LIQUID
Sante Natural Flavor Enhancers are a unique flavor concentrate that has been filtered to remove the pulp and fiber. The resulting product is a high Brix concentrate which is high in naturally occurring glutamic acid.  These natural flavor enhancers can used in a wide range of food applications including:

Soups, Sauces and Dressings – In soups, sauces, and dressings Sante can accentuate flavors. A significant product improvement was shown in sensory panels.
Beverages – Sante Flavor Enhancers preserves flavor characteristics without viscosity and thick consistency. However, it is not recommended for thirst quenching beverages. Its flavor blends well with flavors, spices or fruit and vegetable juices.
Can be used to replace MSG, I+G and other unfriendly label flavor enhancers.
SANTE NATURAL FLAVOR ENHANCERS – POWDER
Sante Powder is a spray dried natural flavor enhancer, manufactured through the spray drying of Sante Liquid with maltodextrin as a carrier. It offers the following benefits:

Dispersability – Sante natural flavor enhancers do not leave any sediment when incorporated into liquid systems, is very easy to disperse in water and is much less hydroscopic than typical powders. It can be used in both clear and cloudy products without impacting the viscosity of the final formulation. These qualities make it ideal for instant applications such as instant vegetable soups, pizza dry mixes, instant dressings, and dry beverage mixes.
Sante Flavor Enhancers are high in naturally occurring glutamic acid ideal for use in snack seasonings, soup, sauce mixes, meat marinades, salad dressings, and beverages.
