ARPAC LLC excels in packaging integration – not only can we modify existing lines, we can design and deliver entire packaging systems from scratch. Our expertise as integrated packaging systems manufacturers is born from decades of building packaging equipment, and answering to the diverse requirements from our clients to package products within a single production line. ARPAC has more than 30 design engineers as well as an applications development team to design, develop and manufacture complex integrated systems. Additionally, we design and program our own control systems in-house and have the floor capacity to assemble large integrated systems and test them in their entirety. We will act as your knowledgeable and skilled partner to design and engineer an integrated packaging solution, typically incorporating our equipment with that of other manufacturers. We have vast experience in setting up integrated packaging systems that include palletizers, labelers, conveyors, tray loaders, tray stackers, shrink wrappers, and much more. We are extremely mindful of cost reduction and environmental responsibility when working with you to develop integrated packaging systems. We will apply our industry expertise, which includes the development of 30,000 machine installations, to deliver solutions which reduce waste and your carbon footprint while increasing efficiency and profitability.
