ATG has the capability to manufacture cold-drawn tube to precise tolerances and high quality surface finishes in light and heavy wall configurations. ATG can produce cold-drawn round tube or shapes and profiles to customer-specific requirements. Cold-drawn tubes provide reliability for automotive, fluid power, power generation, petro-chemical, oil & gas recovery, electronic products, food & beverage, and recreational applications. Options such as bright annealing, special tempers, polishing, cutting, end-finishing, and cleaning are available in long length configurations.
Product can be produced by reduction over a plug, mandrel or through a die, with I.D. surface finishes of 30 rms or better and with precise, repetitive tolerance control Our stainless steel tubes can be cold-drawn over other materials such as carbon steel, for strength, cost reduction or engineering considerations.
