GIORGIA-SE machines studied for washing glass and PET containers, are single-end type and can achieve productions of 30.000 bottles for hour.

They are extremely flexible due to a totally modular planning, which provides different washing cycles (from 1 to 4 baths or triple immersion bath), several spraying washing and rinsing sections and special treatment equipment, into a basic structure.

GIORGIA-SE bottle washerscan be provided with several optionals such as: central disinfection system, waste water neutralisation and washing water treatment systems.

Energy saving may be achieved through the heat-proofing frame and suitable heat regeneration systems from baths and steam.

There might be water saving through the installation of timed rinse devices, adjustable in relation to the bottle type and to the water recirculation systems.

All machines are made with carpentry in stainless steel AISI 304.
