Shrink Sleeve System EZ-Series Horizontal Format

The EZ-100H system is designed to apply shrink sleeve labels to small diameter, unstable cylindrical products such as lipsticks, pencils, mascaras and lip balms that are not easily conveyed standing upright. The system includes a horizontal applicator with many value-adding features such as: Allen Bradley PLC & touch screen HMI, 3-color light stack, static reduction system and Category 3 safety circuitry; an innovative after-tamp and sleeve centering station, a compact heat tunnel, a 12’ roller conveyor that rotates product inside the heat tunnel and a discharge ramp for a gentle exit of products from the system, all mounted on a monobloc frame with casters. This system has been a proven solution for leading beauty and personal care product companies around the world
