The Stepped Packing Table consists of a series of belt conveyors (in this case 2) of varying widths.  Each downstream conveyor is more narrow than the one immediately upstream.  This minimizes the distance between the operators and the product.  Tabletop chain conveyors can be mounted directly to each side of the conveyors to transport product to downstream equipment, such as a Product Merger.  The resulting single lane of product can be automatically fed to a horizontal wrapper using our InFlight BL loader.
