Thanks to the fact that all its mechanisms, including main chasis and feet, are made of 304 quality stainless steel and metal profiles, it is long lived, even in the most difficult working conditions.
The best quality materials are used in every stage of its pneumatic lines in order to apply the latest technology. The Z 105 is a machine with a 3 phase servo motor control, electro-pneumatically controlled system and touch-screen control panel, enabling you to make necessary adjustments very easily.
All materials and parts used during the manufacturing process of the machine have CE certification. The machine is user friendly and can support different moulds.
