The design and manufacture of fermentation tank should be in accordance with I-class pressure vessel standard. Since Maitreya plate is very easy to be blocked by dirty refrigerant, our fermentation tank adopts semi-elliptical cooling zone as jacket. The top health and safety assembly is consist of safety valve, vacuum valve, tank washing machine, etc. The bottom components include double seat valve or butterfly valve and sight glass. Its configuration is of complete functions, scientific and reasonable, safe and reliable. The inner tank is polished by computer automatic polishing machine, and the operator only need to operate the program outside the tank. The inner surface roughness of the fermentation tank is ≤0.5μm, which can meet the hygienic requirement of beer. Fermentation system adopts microcomputer automatic control with Siemens elements. The complete control system have many advantages, such as making sure the beer quality, improving the production efficiency and reducing the production costs.
The cooling zone of fermentation tank pushed out by our company is special conic bottom structure, and its effect is as follows:
1.After cooling, the precipitation of yeast and cold sludge is best, and the beer will be very clear.
2.Both time and kieselguhr will be saved in the process of beer filtration (the kieselguhr consumption is the lowest).

In Tibet, world’s first plateau with the altitude of 5,200 meters, our technical workers, standing the racket of rarefied air and difficult breathing, safely and successfully manufactured dozens of fermentation tanks which rang from 803~450m3.
In the Great Northern Wildness (in northern China), standing the racket of ice and snow and -24℃outdoor temperature, our workers still accomplished the fabrication and installation task of fermentation tanks and other brewing equipment on time, and then we obtained high praise from our customers.
