The most advanced “Flying Tiger” wort filter tank, which successfully developed by our company, adopts surpassing single cylinder reducer and multi-function raker and automatic grain discharging device; There will no leakage on the axle seat and the sparging water can  be directly injected to the grain layer, so that the spent grain and the the sparging water can be mixed evenly. With the components of  wort eduction tube, collector, liquid level control and so on, the wort can outflow evenly. The conveying of discharged grain is finished by grain discharge flaps, grain box and spiral gas sending device. The equipment is configured with CIP cleaning system, and there are special syringe pipes at the bottom of the sieve plate. By applying the latest developed  forging screen plate, the wort will not be filtered in the central area, and the daily batch of filtration system will be improved.
