Sterile Air Filter with High Efficiency
High efficiency air filter is a kind of new and precise gas purifying equipment, and it is widely used in beer, pharmacy, biotechnology industries. The gases which can be filtered in beer industry include compressed air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, etc. High efficiency air filter can be used for wort aeration, adding carbon dioxide, nitrogen backpressure and so on.
Features of equipment:
Apart from the filter element, all the components are manufactured by imported stainless steel sus304 or sus316L. In addition, the inner surface is polished with the precision ≤0.45μm, and the outer surface is sand blasted or polished with the precision ≤0.8μm.
By high efficiency air filter, you can realize the sterilizing at the temperature of 130℃, steam sterilizing in forward direction for 30 minutes. During the process of sterilization, the pressure difference between inlet and outlet can be no more than 0.35Mpa.
Technical parameters
Pre-filter element: polypropylene material and its aperture is 0.45μm(the filter element should be soaked by disinfectant, so as to prevent the steam sterilizing).
Final-filter element: teflon or polysulfone material and its aperture is 0.01μm(the filter element should be soaked by disinfectant, so as to prevent the steam sterilizing).
Steam filter element: stainless steel material, microporous filter element.
Filter efficiency: 99.999﹪, filter fineness: 0.01ūm.
Filter efficiency: total bacterial count ≦3 pcs/10ml, coliform is zero.
