Details:

1. The control unit adopts Germany Siemens programmable controller, and the cleaning, disinfection, CO2 back pressure and all other work is automatically completed. All the parameters (time value) can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
2. The machine is equipped with two water tanks, and the heating mode is steam heating or electric heating.
3. The sterile water, disinfectant or alkaline water can be recycled for water conservation.
4. By replacing the accessories of cleaning heads, the cleaning of beer kegs with well-type keg valves or plate-type keg valves can be realized.
5. The machine is made of all stainless steel, and is provided with pneumatic combined angle seat valves, thus the quality is safe and reliable.

Process Flows:

Pressing - residue discharge - washing with clean water - washing with disinfectant or - hot alkaline water - keg valve flushing - washing with clean water (hot water) - washing with sterile water (cooling) - CO2 back pressure - reset
NOTE: If steam is available, add "steam blowing" in front of "washing with sterile water (cooling)".
