These are the original I-Line fittings and are made up of interlocking flat face ferrules, a flat gasket and a clamp. This interlock-ing, metal-to-metal design eliminates over compression by the clamp not allowing the gasket to be extruded into the product zone.
I-Line fittings can withstand higher vibrations, temperatures and pressures than other available connections available.
GEMO I line Fittings meet I-LINE FITTINGS SPECIFICATIONS.... Size Range: 1"OD through 8" OD. Materials: T304, T316L. Surface Finish: Mechanically Polished. Internal 20Ra (0.51μm), External 32Ra (0.8μm).
Gaskets are available in EPDM, Silicone, FPM, and PTFE.
