Magnetic Agitator Mixing Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009) , strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements.
The magnetic Agitator Mixing tank features no leakage, full sealing, corrosion-resistance and energy-saving. Because of the no-contact carryover moment and the static seal, there is leakage problem. All materials and Agitator are in the sterile sanitary condition, the ideal product for pharmaceutic, chemistry, cosmetics and bio-engineering.
JHENTEN magnetic agitation tank, the bottom of the magnetic stirring device in the bottom of the tank belong to the aseptic tank. Magnetic stirring tank and tank can equip with different head structure. The types and layers of jackets can combine under different requirements. Both bottom and side type of Configuration magnetic stirring can achieve the CIP and SIP.

Magnetic agitator mixing tank can configure aseptic air filter, thermometer(Digital display or Dial type), PH meter, pressure gauge, steam sterilization hole, sight glasses, sanitary manhole, liquid in-outlet, CIP cleaning ball, liquidometer and Liquid level control system(Bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitting device) and so on, also can be configured as customers’ requirement.

Feature
• Welding die static sealing of sleeve to replace dynamic mechanical seal completely solve the problem of dynamic mechanical seal leakage, so there is no leakage, no external pollution, safety and simple structure, easy disassembly, easy to clean, no dead corner.
•        Even there is little material left to process, the stirring device at the bottom still works well. Mixing blade design is unique, and appropriate mixing work speed of 20 r/min to 400 r/min can adapt to all kinds of different material mixing,
•        Stirring speed is adjusted by frequency converter to meet the requirements of the various process of stirring speed.
