Hydraulic Manually Fed Corn Cutter (MFCC)
A self-contained prodution machine that gives you on-line compatibility without major structural changes to your present system. The MFCC will accommodate either your belt or oscillating system. Sturdy and compact in design, the MFCC requires minimal floor space and low maintenance costs.

The unique belt feeder system maintains alignment and gently handles ears, assuring a quality cut of the finished product. The system can clear most of the occasional cutter head jams quickly. The manual reverse operation of the best feed "trough" system and the "nubbin knocker" sends the jammed ears to the recycle pan.
Designed with safety in mind, the cutter area is protected against attempts to open the cutter shield during operation. A sensing device, incorporated into the unit, instantly shuts the system down if the cutter shield is opened.

Electric Manually Fed Corn Cutter (EMFCC)

A self-contained unit for manual feeding and cutting ears.  The CCM Electric Manuall Fed Corn Cutter was developed to offer a low cost alternative to the CCM Automatic Corn Cutter and the CCM Hydraulic Hand Fed Corn Cutter.  This machine will work with a belt fed system or a vibratory fed system.
