Mepaco provides belt conveyor designs on belt conveyors for extreme and rigorous sanitation processes. CIP (clean-in-place) designs provide flexibility in access within the framework to effectively and efficiently clean the system. COP (clean out-of place) designs are also available where components are completely and easily removable for bath wash processes.
Conveyor systems are designed for the application. Mepaco has manufactured customized systems to include: flighted conveyors, metered systems, bulk handling conveyors, trough conveyors and systems integrated with special equipment such as metal detectors.
