Sidel SBO 6 series 2 HR Reheat Stretch Blow Moulding machine for Heat Resistant/Hot Fill PET bottles, year 2000

Includes :
* Preform Tipper
* Preform Hopper/Elevator
* Infeed Rail
* Electrical Cabinet
* Standalone PLC
* (2) Vulcatherm units

Hot Fill bottles : oil temperatures used are 135/140 ºC (body), 70ºC for the neck.
Returnable bottles : water temperature is 9ºC to cool the neck, 80ºC oil temperature for the blow moulds.

Nominal Output Capacity :
– 400ml bottle : 5,000 bph
– 500ml bottle : 5,000 bph
– 1.5L bottle : 5,000 bph
– 2.5L PRB bottle : 2,500 bph

Neck finishes used :
– 38 mm SP 400
– 38 mm Alcoa
– 38 mm PRB (2.5 and 3.0L returnable)
– 28 mm BPF

The machine is currently still in production and can be inspected. It is in good working condition, well maintained.
