Tanker Spray Washer for Small to Medium Tankers
The importance of ensuring a complete and sanitary clean for tankers carrying food grade beverages cannot be understated.
Sani-Matic’s TS-4 drop-in style tanker spray washer is designed to thoroughly clean food grade beverage tankers up to 44 feet in length.
It features a center-positioned, static spray ball with a top-to-bottom spray pattern. The top of the tanker is sprayed directly with the solution, which then cascades down the sides of the tank removing soil through high-volume erosion. The TS-4 also includes two multi-bore jet nozzles to ensure cleaning coverage reaches all product contact surfaces throughout the tank.
The TS-4 reduces wash time, uses less chemical and gets tankers back on the road faster than standard tanker washers.
