Performance Characteristics
• All bag filters are made of high quality stainless steel 304 or
316L.
• The internal flow path of the filter is smooth and there is no
clean corner.
• Tapered basket design makes replacing filter bags more
convenient and faster.
• The design of the handle inside the filter bag makes the
replacement of the filter bag very easy.
• Post-welding secondary processing of the upper and lower
flanges of the barrel, making the sealing surface even and
preventing leakage.
• The filters are subjected to hydraulic tests up to 1.25 times the
design pressure, making the filters safer and more reliable.
• There is only one seal per filter design, which greatly reduces
the chance of leakage due to seal damage.
• The outer surface of the filter is polished by shot peening or
mirror polishing, which is aesthetically pleasing; the inner
surface is pickled and passivated to improve the corrosion
resistance.
