DESCRIPTION
Small, light brown flakes with a pleasant taste characteristic of yeast without bitterness. This product is a primary grown, inactive, dry yeast of the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (known as “Brewer’s Yeast”). It is aerobically grown on a molasses substrate and then spray dried.
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 tablespoon (approximately 8 grams) to 8 – 16 fl. oz. of juice, milk, milk alternative, or shake mixture. Stir vigorously or process in a blender until well mixed.
