Handle more weight with the Heavy Duty Spiral Conveyors
The Apollo Heavy Duty Spiral Conveyors are in response to the need to go higher and handle more weight. The Spirals handle double the capacity of our regular spirals.
The load capacity is 100 Kg per meter of conveyor for speeds up to 60 m/min. The Total weight capacity in the spiral at any one time is 1.450 Kg.
Only one drive motor is required, resulting in substantial savings in energy, controls and system integration.
Many times these Spiral Conveyors are so high that we divide them into separate modules for easier on site installation. Once the Spiral Conveyor arrived on site our team will connect the Spiral Conveyor modules and install it in your factory. Heavy Duty Spiral Conveyor features:
