This machine is used for capping pilferproof aluminium caps, and features a descending head. The bottle, with the cap placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. Two buttons are pressed, and the closing head descends and seals the closure in a few seconds.
Suitable for closing pilferproof caps from a diameter of 18mm to 43mm, the 4 rollers are manufacturerd out of stainless stell, and is adjusted to close 1 size of cap. For each different diameter, a supplementary closing head is required, but the process of swapping one for another on the machine, is very simply.
For clients will multiple product lines, this machine can be adapted to close twist-off or plastic screw caps, by changing the closing head, meaning that mutiple closing machines are not required.
