Main Characteristic:
♦ Rinser-filler-capper monoblock, occupying less space
♦ The parts which contact with liquid are made up of high-quality stainless steel, all liquid pipeline adopts interior and exterior sanitary polishing pipe, which fully meets the sanitary needs of beverage food production.
♦ No bottle, no rinsing, and no rinsing when stopping. Rinsing liquid collector is convenient for circulation dispose and utilization.
♦ PET bottles are conveyed by gripping bottle neck during the whole process, to ensure bottle conveying is not effected by bottle leaning, smooth conveying, avoiding splash of liquid inside of bottle.
♦ Adopted counter pressure type isobaric pressure filling principle, filling flow is fast and stable, less bubbling.
♦ Strong magnetic force capping (the torque can be adjusted properly), guarantees the flexibility of equipment and quality of capping.
♦ Centralized lubrication system and full-open safeguard structure design are convenient for using and maintenance.
♦ Advanced automatic control system, can realize modular design, mainly including PLC, frequency converter and HMI.
