From the old W.C.Smith line of confectionery machinery, the Savage re-engineered CARAMEL DEPOSITOR is an easy way for the Artisan to make "Turtles". Place your cooked caramel into the heated hopper, slide a sheet tray of pecans or other nuts under, and press the foot pedal. A plate at the bottom of the hopper opens to deposit a set amount of caramel onto the nuts. Slide the tray and repeat.
