Description
The flat membrane filter uses a stainless steel sintered filter plate
as the microporous membrane compression support plane, which
can be used to supplement the padding material and ensure that
the filter membrane is not easily broken under the pressure of the
filter.
The filter material is generally stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L)
or high-purity polypropylene (PP) or polytetrafluoroethylene
(PTFE). According to the requirements of users, PTFE can be
sprayed inside the stainless steel filter to prevent corrosion, anti-
adhesion, and block the contact between medium and metal,
reduce the loss of filtrate, and improve the quality of filtration.
Filter structure design, beautiful appearance, simple structure,
easy assembly and disassembly, good sealing performance, it
can be suction filtration or pressure filtration, suitable for ultra-
clean fluid processing, especially for biological products, precious
liquid filtration and testing.
The filter can be configured with various disc flat membrane
specifications as required:
Diameter 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm
Flow rate: 0.06T/h, 0.124T/h, 0.22T/h, 0.49T/h, 0.87T/h
