Technical description
The main materiel is the SUS304 sanitary stainless steel.
Effective volume - 50L, total volume - 60BBL.
The top adopts stainless steel dished head, and the bottom is a 60° cone, which facilitates the discharge of the yeast. It is 100% TIG welded with polishing.
Design pressure - 0.2MPa, test pressure - 0.4MPa.
It has four heavy stainless steel tripods with adjustable height and horizontal stand.
The inner wall thickness is 2 to 3mm, and it is single-deck.
The inner and outer surfaces are all cleaned and polished, the inner surface roughness is 0.4um.
Configure the appropriate standard and model of sanitary clamp connector according to the tank specification.
It is configured with vacuum valve/decompression valve, pressure gage, thermometer, sampling valve, lifting lugs, side or top inspection manhole, 360° CPI omnibearing cleaning sprayer.
